YOU(th) — an app-based AI health screening company looking to unlock prevention for 8 billion people through a low-cost, high-convenience entry point to preventative health.

Our partnership with YOU(th) began in early 2024 through a strategic investment via 1024.Ventures (our venture arm), coupled with an active advisory role. From the start, our focus was clear: guide the brand through its early growth stages with a balance of strategic clarity and design excellence.

Working with the company shortly after it graduated from Antler’s accelerator program, we supported the founders through rebranding efforts, partnership negotiations, go-to-market decisions, and fundraising.

By early 2025, having established trust and excitement for the company’s trajectory on both sides, we deepened our involvement by taking full ownership of the UI/UX of the YOU(th) app end-to-end, leveraging support from our design team and working directly with their developers. Since then, we have shaped not just how the platform looks, but have also continuously collaborated with the founders on product roadmap, commercialization, and vision. Our collaboration expanded into designing logic flows, refining pitch deck strategy, crafting social media frameworks, and facilitating high-leverage introductions to investors and founder networks.

Given our strong network, comprehensive insight into the preventive health industry, and hands-on knowledge of the primary B2B2C sales channels in both longevity clinics and insurers, we are confident we will continue to help create tremendous value for the founders.

YOU(th) is more than a project; it’s an evolving partnership where our roles flex between design, strategy, and network amplification. As avid users and constructive critics of products in the space, we are excited to continue partnering on this journey, with the potential to provide broader support from personal branding for the founders to social management and BD support, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the same depth and intention as the app itself.
