Razeco / Rozar — a microplastic- and toxin-free personal care company that produces CO₂-free sustainable razors made from a proprietary biobased material.

We met the three Razeco founders in Berlin in early 2024 through a mutual contact. Over a shared table, they revealed the early sketches of their bold idea, which they had been working on for almost a year at that point. While not an exact overlap with our healthspan-focused approach, beyond the eco- and sustainability USPs, we valued their decision to avoid gel strips, toxic adhesives, and microplastics — all of which are the norm in the industry.

Within 24 hours, we rapidly iterated on an initial future brand concept to share our perspective on how they could refine and elevate the current look and feel. With production already underway and an initial logo in place, we worked within several constraints, fine-tuning the logo, adjusting product and brand colors, and redesigning the website and packaging for greater clarity and resonance.

From there, we built the foundational systems: email flows, social media frameworks, ad creatives, and copywriting aligned with the brand's ethos. We produced two photo and video campaigns in Valencia and Mallorca, handling production, editing, and post-production to ensure every asset reflected the product’s integrity.

Collaboration extended deeply into strategy, working hand-in-hand with their CMO on marketing activations, pitch deck design, and navigating their expansion from Europe into the US market. This phase includes renaming, building a new brand identity and website, and forging partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and strategic positioning. Having worked together for over one and a half years at this point, owning all customer touchpoints, supporting overall strategy, and driving the majority of sales through our performance management, we are confident this is a partnership that will continue to grow as Razeco expands its sustainable impact on the razor industry.
