The Protocole — a new approach to the peptide market, offering D2C convenience with medical-grade product quality and physician-guided advice.

Having collaborated with The Protocole founders on prior engagements, they brought us into the creative process for their new venture pre-launch, and we supported them from day one in all things brand, design, and positioning.

Having supported multiple longevity clinics that rely on peptide sales for a significant portion of their revenue, and based on our own experiences in the space, we understood the target demographic, current frictions, and problems The Protocole was looking to solve immediately. That’s why we didn’t just build the brand; we became equity partners.

Selling an injectable in an environment with little regulation is a prime example of why establishing a cohesive and consistent end-to-end brand and customer experience is the only true way to both gain and retain consumer trust.

We began by crafting the brand story and positioning, grounding the identity in trust, elegance, and discretion. From there, we developed logo concepts, color palettes, and visual frameworks that translated seamlessly across digital and physical touchpoints. Early-stage billboard mockups and environmental renders allowed us to pressure-test the brand’s presence in real-world scenarios.

Once the core identity was set, we expanded into the digital architecture, designing the website, customer backend, packaging systems, and email flows to ensure a cohesive, elevated user journey. Throughout, we maintained an advisory role, guiding go-to-market strategies and refining product experience touchpoints to ensure every interaction felt as premium and effortless as the product itself.
